The worst experience ever. Their behavior sucks !
I wish I had read the reviews prior to renting the car. I had a prepaid reservation, I had to wait for the girl to find me a car. I ended up being two hours late to work. The car was dirty, the windows you could not even see when the sun shone on them. There was 3/4 tank of gas. When I returned the car, I returned it a day earl. Received no credit. Received my credit card statement and was billed for two gallons of gas. Went in and spoke to the manager (owner, what ever) I was to,d when they were cleaning g the car they filled it. NO they topped it off, I had just come from the gas station and it was full. They is why it too, only two gallons. Just a scam to charge 9 something a gallon. I should have only had to have 3/4 of a tNk since that is what it was when I picked it up. I was generous even filling it. I will never rent from them again. They have one person doing the cleaning, renting, phone calls etc. she was completely overwhelmed. Never again for me. Watch your credit card statement if you rent from them, they are scammers. Very unhappy, I give them negative five stars.
Effin terrible the guy at the counter was completely rude and disrespectful. They are no help have terrible customer service go elsewhere dont waste your time.
Car was clean and very reasonably priced. Only car rental in the area open early Saturday and on Sunday which we needed.
Actually they deserve -ve rating if google allows !
Easy to find location, helpful staff, and good pricing. We rented a 12 passenger van and it was a newer model, very clean, and exactly as described on Budget's page. Easy pick-up and drop off (less than 15 minutes each visit). SIRIUS satellite radio was available in the rental and made it a better road trip experience. Thank you!
They screwed all my plans and work. BUDGET try changing this idiotic staff working here.
