My wife brought her vehicle to be serviced and had one of her CD's stolen. This CD was purchased the day prior from Best Buy and she was listening to her newly purchased item on her way to Milex Auto Care. The service was completed and she proceeded to exit the lot and noticed that her player was empty and the case was missing as well. She asked the gentleman who serviced her vehicle, if he removed her CD. He was unable to make any eye contact with her and denied stealing the CD. She asked the manager to review their video in which he immediately stated "unfortunately we are unable to review our videos." If you are taking your vehicle to be serviced at Milex Auto PLEASE REMOVE ANY ITEMS THAT YOU DON'T WANT STOLEN.
