This place was terrible. The car wash wasn't working correctly. My car was still dirty and when I called them, no body answered so I left a message. It's been 3 days and I still haven't heard back. The customer service was terrible as well. The woman taking the money was distracted and talking on her cell about someone's boyfriend. I won't be going back there.
I have been to this location on numerous occasions. Today I went for an oil change as usual. After leaving, I got onto I-95 and my car started making a horrible noise. I brought it back, and my entire heat pan was a crumbled mess. All I got was "this has nothing to do with us". I don't know what went on while I was there, and got no where. STAY AWAY from here.... they obviously have no clue what they are doing.
I spend more money on gas waiting to get into the car wash. Wait and wait and wait. If you have 30 or so minutes to waste waiting for someone to push a button to get you into the wash this is your kinda place! Better off doing it yourself.
WHAT A HASSLE!!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I AM STILL OUT $30 WITHOUT A SERVICE BEING PROVIDED. BY THE WAY I FIND IT ODD THAT THE BUSINESS CHANGED ITS NAME BUT THE BILLING STILL SAYS SPLASH CAR WASH?
Love coming here. The guys are always on top of it and definitely great with details. Worth it and even more now under new management as a new company!
I have had multiple monthly passes for my cars at this wash. They have change owner and some staff and ever since the service sucks. I tried to cancel my monthly passes with them several times. all but 1 car was cancel correctly. I spent a lot of my time trying to contact someone about my car not being cancel and charges that continue to be take out of my credit card. Trying to call is useless and when I go the manager is not available. Finely after 2 months of trying I caught the manager who in turn gave me the run around and promise me that the owner will contact me. 3 days later no phone call. So I call my bank and canceled my card.
