There furniture are just for show there useless,there beautiful but of no value IKEA have better stuff now especially there Ashley line sucks....
Not what I expect from Raymour at all!!
All I was looking for was a solution...If you could not do anything...you could have given me suggestions about how to remove the "normal wear and tear"
I called to complain about Pilling on chairs (approximately 6 months after buying)...was first told not covered, then was told will send someone to have a look and clean it up (2 weeks out). Person comes over (I had to be at home to get the "work" done); clicks pictures and goes away!
Terrible After Sales service.
I get a call later in the day saying we saw pictures and can't do anything..it is normal wear and tear!! When I lost it, asked about customer service and solution...I was told "I am just calling to tell you, don't have to give attitude"!!
Very courteous and nice people who interviewed me like ken, Diana and Mr.G.. They were very polite and insiteful when explaining the job and I would like nothing more than to be able to work with them and be a part of the team
Extremely Dissatisfied Customer.
The Stratford customer service center is the worst. They replace platinum covered furniture with crap. Not once but twice for same pieces. Then they say they will replace whole dining room set. And then call me telling me they will only replace a few pieces. I used to be a Raymour fan until I had to deal with these people. Done with Raymour & Flanigan.
