We just had Emer & Son perform a very large job at our business. We had lead paint and many, many layers of it. They had to encapsulate the entire building to sand down to bare wood. We had some issues with rot. They made all necessary repairs and did all of the clean-up. We had estimates from several other contractors and Emer & Sons was the most reasonable. We are located in a historic district, so we can not use siding or change to other materials. Some contractors suggested to replace ALL of the clapboard vs. removing the lead paint. That would have cost a huge fortune. Very glad we chose Emer for the job. Very efficient, great quality work and reasonable also. We highly recommend this company. They did a fantastic job!
I don't think you can get any better!!!! GREAT quality work and great service. My wife and I recently moved into our new home and Emer and Son has made the process of moving a great one for us. We had our entire main floor painted and floors refinished all for a great price. There is no question who we will go to for further updates on our property. Would recommend to any and everyone.
Emerson did a wonderful job both inside and outside of our house. They are extremely professional, hard working and deliver quality service. Emerson and his crew arrived exactly on schedule and were able to complete the job quickly and efficiently. They made sure that their work area was clean before leaving each time.
