Orlando came out for an emergency on a backed up sewer at 8:00 PM on Friday after he arrived home, thinking he was done for the night. He worked for nearly an hour and a half in order to obtain a flow through the pipes."Loz" then showed up while Orlando was still there to run a camera. Together they were able to alleviate the problem. Loz followed up on Saturday morning and again on Sunday. Both men were both professional but friendly.
The work was perfect.
They came when they said they would.
I was charged more than 750.00 for 1 1/2 hours of labor.
Now here is my problem.
Having extensive experience dealing with contractors and even including my lawyer this charge was very high.
Very pleased with services. Technicians were timely and courteous (especially knowing I have a special needs son). Will definitely recommend and will call again when the need arises.
We were told ahead of this price but had no choice to move ahead.
They removed the toilet and snaked out the line.
Our sewer line that runs under the concrete for 50' was clogged with both bathrooms and the shop sink stopped up.
