It has been over a week since an incident and the past 3 days the records department would not answer. Reports from this incident are still not done. The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude and no help to any questions what so ever. I had to call the actual station speaking to an on duty police officer who was more help.....hire more competent workers to file reports and help the public now blow them off by playing stupid.
