Joeys boathouse cantina n grill is awsome
It has a BJ's as an anchor store and then a new Asian restaurant - Osaka Grill - which is excellent. Other than a Dollar Tree store, I don't find a great attraction on the rest.

The addition of the buffet is a great touch! I love being able to walk to the Dock Shopping center and having more food options makes me content.
Highly visible shopping center alongside "The Dock," a local marina. Boat rentals are available here. BJ's, The Edge Fitness, Dollar Tree, and Petco stand out easily. There is also a small restaurant offering cultural cuisine. I believe the food is Vietnamese or Thai (this fact may need correction).
