Convenient location, but always very busy. Parking lot is huge, but you might have a decent walk as there are several popular retailers here in this location. I don't hesitate to go to this location when I'm in the area, but I prefer one closer to home as that one is a little less crowded.
Great prices and deals but never enough cashier's or help in the aisles.
I love Walmart but this one here has very rude employees!! They always have attitudes and act as if you did something to them. Tiana in painting is very friendly and helpful. She's about the only one I came across that doesn't have an attitude and seems to live her job. The lines are always ridiculous. I like the Milford and naugatuck Walmart better. Their customer service is great!! I'll take that ride before I take someone nasty attitude while I shop in the store.
Great place for a deal but it's a zoo. Never enough cash registers and bad customer service! Can't get the staff attention for her help.
The few staff I interacted with were clean, well-dressed, polite and helpful.
Some stuffs here extremely unfriendly. I’ve been living around here as a long term tourist for one year, but last week I did have a really awful experience here. I tried to find a category of basket that I couldn’t name (as a foreigner). I asked a male stuff, he knew that thing but he couldn’t tell where. Then he turned around to a female stuff, but that female stuff just said “none of my business”. The male stuff then said “please, just have a look”, she replied “I can’t” then just walked away!! Come on Walmart! I can understand that some people are being rude or mean , that’s not cool but I can understand. However I’m pretty sure there will be some international tourists, exchange students or temporary workers coming to shop around, and these people are who respect this country, love the culture and excited to be here. Why not just making this market a friendly place?? Man there are Walmarts all over the world but stuff HERE can’t be nice??
