The moving crew was very professional, personable and responsible. They arrived in time and completed packing all of our belongings quickly and efficiently. Our stuff was held overnight as requested and promptly delivered the next day. Again everything proceeded without a hitch. In addition, we received a $500 refund because the crew was able to load all our things onto one truck instead of the two trucks that were initially included in our estimate.
The guys we dealt with were an absolute pleasure. Warm, friendly, cooperative and very helpful. Nothing was broken or damaged.
William B Meyer went above and beyond with our move from MD to MA. Due to a lack of things to be moved from MD, b/c we had moved the majority of things, they subcontracted out through another company to make it less costly for us because we didn't meet the 5,000 pound load. They, literally, saved us thousands of dollars, and I could not be more grateful or appreciative of their effort and thoughtfulness for that. They went above and beyond there, and were communicative, timely, professional, readily available and answered any and all questions we had well. The movers on both ends were excellent: prepared/wrapped the furniture extremely well to ensure nothing was damaged, efficient, professional, and friendly. We could not have had a better moving experience with William B Meyer.

We had excellent experience with WBMeyer/United Van Lines in our move from Connecticut to Las Vegas. They offered the best value for the price. One big plus was the estimate was a fixed dollar amount for our goods; there were no unexpected charges for the move. The scheduler who came to the house was very knowledgeable and knew in advance we needed a shuttle van since our street was too narrow for the large van. Also the estimate included take-down and crating of a chandelier. WBMeyer took care of scheduling this for us on the day of the move. The driver of the van managed the crew at the packing end and a separate crew at our destination. The driver was outstanding and worked well with the packing crew. They were very efficient, worked well together, and worked steadily. Our goods arrived within the calendar window given to us; and, out of 425 boxes and furniture pieces there was only one chair which had damage. We felt the driver was concerned about the integrity of our shipment and accounting for all items. He also provided good oversite to the crews at both ends. From start to finish, WBMeyer kept in touch with us to see if we had any problems. At the delivery end, we arranged thru WBMeyer for a subsequent pickup of all of our packing debris and they took care of scheduling this for us. We rate our move with WBMeyer a 10 and were pleased that we selected them; the move could not have gone better as far as we are concerned.
