This is not my usual pet store but I was visiting my sister and I was able to get what I needed. The workers was very helpful as well. Since my dog was already in the system in Brooklyn, I was able to take advantage of the grooming service as well.
Very knowledgeable when it comes to dogs! They always give me great advice when it comes to my puppy. I always shop here for my pet needs! They Whole Hearted Canned food is actually really good quality and it’s a cheaper, healthful, alternative to the quality brands such as Wellness and Merrick.
Mike was great!! He took the time to answer all our questions and we sure had lots of questions as we are 1st time puppy parents!! He even gave us knowledgeable information which was "food for our thoughts"!! Great costumer service!! Thanks Mike!!
Mark who works in the grooming dept. Was so SO helpfull and didn't try and sell me stuff that I didn't need was an honest person and would go back to him every time I go there !! Very VERY HAPPY !!
