This place is horrible I spent 2 hours in there so I went in and try to switch my wife's phone to Sprint they tried to sell me 3 phones with 100% guarantee will not cost me more than $100 that I'll be walking out with them in it didn't happen all I went in there for was to switch my wife's phone to my Sprint account they don't know what they're talking about they don't offer promotions when there's promotions and they say that the repair but they're not take your business to Best Buy you're guaranteed awesome and quality service don't waste your time with Sprint location in Stratford
