This place would be amazing if they had some type of limits and restrictions on their pet policy. I've stayed here for the past 5yrs and it has always been nice and quiet but my last visit was absolutely unacceptable. I went downstairs 3hrs early to get some work done while enjoying breakfast(as the lobby has always been nice & quiet). As i was sitting enjoying my breakfast another guest came downstairs with a beautiful adult dog and took the dog for a walk and restroom break. When they returned into the lobby they came in the breakfast area where the dog then walked up to my table sniffed my orange juice and then pounced on my lap while it's owner and the front desk clerk had nothing to say! The dog ruined my work clothes with his digusting wet paws and slobber AND THE HOTEL SUPPORTED THESE ACTIONS. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I PAID GOOD MONEY TO STAY PEACEFULLY AND CLEAN AT THIS HOTEL AND HAD TO FIGHT A DOG OFF OF ME DURING MY STAY! I QIESTION IF THEY CLEAN THE ROOMS AND BEDS OF DOG HAIR, TICKS, AND FLEES.
This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in this year. The staff from the front desk to the maids were very generous with their wanting to be of aid and assistance, no matter what the situation. The suite I had and it was a suite was fantastically furnished and offered all the comforts of being at home. The breakfast provided each morning, was quite a surprise, it was more the usual continental breakfast offered in some hotels. I will and have recommended this hotel to my friends and family. I thank the hotel staff for treating me like an honored guest.
Loved staying here. People and staff were friendly and courteous. My stay was most pleasant. Beautiful facility and location.
Excellent. Very pleased with our visit. We arrived Christmas day and were greeted by Matthew who was very nice and accommodating. He informed us our family had been upgraded to a suite! Rooms were very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Pool was clean and perfect temperature. Complimentary breakfast. It was great!
