Awful, disgusting.. are the best terms to be used. Made us sleep in a smoking room, saying that we should pay extra bucks for a smoke free one. The comforters are old and the lint pulled out, sheets and pillow covers smelling cigarette.. they did not change the sheet after the previous occupant has vacated. Never ever gonna back there. Paid $250 bucks for a room which we dare to stay
Gorgeous, gorgeous view of the Long Island Sound. We had a balcony and we sat out there and watched the sun rise and ate snacks. Only two minor drawbacks: The room smelled terrible, very very old and musty, couldn't escape the smell, and the beds were awful to sleep on. But the downstairs restaurant was delicious and the bartender was upbeat and knowledgeable. We walked on the beach after breakfast and we loved seeing the ferries go by. Would stay again if we're ever in town.
Great spot, has its own cute little beach. The restaurant food is ok. Went there for some me time and everyone was Very friendly.
The resturaunt connected is awesome. The rooms are older but ours was nice. Clean and comfortable. It is worth bringing in your own pillows if you have them with. Great view of Long Island Sound from our balcony and with a ground floor we could see the view from our bed.
This motel is beautiful. Great water front view. Old building but in good shape. Worth the cost. Beach front, the bar is wonderful. The staff is great!
