Room is spacious, clean and looks nice and new.

The hotel has recently been renovated and smells like new carpet.
Hotel is located right off of I-95, but you can't hear any traffic (it's rush hour right now).
Hospitality is extremely poor! Front desk clerk (Frank) had his feet on the desk when we arrived. Overbooked our room and became irate when I challenged his level off honesty after he gave us two different reasons that our room was no longer available. After traveling 4+ hours, we had to find another hotel to accommodate us at 2 o'clock in the morning!
I have stayed at many choice hotels and this Quality Inn is very nice
My family was very pleased with our stay. Some of the reviews made me nervous, but none of the problems listed were concerns. The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly as we checked in very late at night. Our room was well maintained and very clean. Everything looked new or well kept within our room, the breakfast area, pool area, and main lobby. We had an issue with our remote suddenly not working. When we brought it to the attention of the hotel's front desk, the problem was addressed and resolved immediately. The hot breakfast was very good and was better than another Choice hotel we had stated in a couple weeks ago in PA. I was really impressed that the pool and exercise rooms were open early (6a.m. to 10) and had numerous signs to encourage good hygiene as well as private men's and women's handicapped accessible bathrooms each with a shower stall.
Not sure what everyone else is talking about.......
Very big room (#324), but with a filthy window... and I'm talking about the inside, not the outside. I even took a picture of it. The place is noisy with I-95 traffic zipping by, so book a room on the parking lot side of the property. Breakfast eggs and bacon sitting in bath of grease. I don't recommend this place, despite the very nice people working there.
Today was 95 degrees and the AC is working perfect.
Staff was friendly and patient

It is great hotel for the money. The room was clean with good deal of amenities. The room was also large and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone.
