Playground equipment was shaded quite well - perfect for kids even on hot, sunny days.

I have been going to this park since age 2. The pond is nice and freezes over during the winter is its cold enough. During the summer you can feed the ducks or fish. There are mostly sunnies in the pond but you can find catfish and turtles at times. There is a trail in the back of the park which is great for hiking, especially with a dog. This park has a place for kids with a slide and swings and jingle gym, noting special. This park shares it's border with the middle school so there are also a few baseball diamonds and fields. A lot of space! The only negative I would say is that the tennis courts no longer have nets. Overall an excellent park.
